Shipping policy
REGULAR SHIPPING INFO
Standard Shipping within Germany:
Items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days (if there are no special announcements) upon payment clearing to our accounts and will be received within 2-4 working days after dispatched.
All our items are sent by tracked post (DHL), and tracking details will be provided upon items being dispatched.
Standard Germany Tracked Shipping
Start from 6,50€ (Items will be regularly received within 2-4 working days from day of dispatch. We don´t take any responsibility for delays caused by DHL)
Standard EU
Start from 14€ (Items will be regularly received within 7-10 working days from day of dispatch. We don´t take any responsibility for delays caused by DHL)
Switzerland, UK
Starts from 19€ (Items will be regularly received within 7-10 working days from day of dispatch. We don´t take any responsibility for delays caused by DHL or customs).
International (Malaysia, Singapore, Canada)
Start from 22€ (Items will be regularly received within 6-8 weeks from day of dispatch. We don´t take any responsibility for delays caused by DHL or customs.
PLEASE NOTE:
CUSTOM CHARGES
If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply. We are not responsible for any such charges or related issues.
REFUSE OF PARCEL
For all orders outside of Germany: if you refuse to accept the package, return shipping fees of €15 will apply. These costs will be deducted automatically from the refund amount.
Incomplete Deliveries
Alagucharms.com is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by the following scenarios:
- Customer providing the wrong shipping address / providing incorrect contact information ( phone/email) this prevents customs from being able to clear packages
- Failure to accept Deliver due to refusal to pay customs & duties
In both scenarios, we won´t refund the shipping or other charges
Once we hand over the parcel to the courier service, we no longer have control over any delays that may occur during the delivery process.
LOST/DELAYED PARCEL
Once we have handed over the package to DHL, we no longer have any control over the delivery time or process. If a package goes missing or is significantly delayed, you are welcome to contact us and we will, of course, support you in such cases. However, we kindly ask for your patience, as DHL’s response and processing times can be slow.
If a package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can file an investigation request with DHL. Once we receive their response, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement. Please note that refunds can only be issued 30 days after the investigation request has been submitted
