Refund policy
Refund & Exchange
We accept returns exclusively for new and unworn jewelry pieces*. To qualify for a refund, the original packaging must remain unopened; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. If your order arrives with a defect or is missing a piece of jewelry, please report it before initiating a return. Failure to do so may jeopardize the possibility of a full refund.
To request a refund, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the item. Upon our confirmation of receiving your email, you must ensure the item is sent back to us in the same condition within 7 business days. Please be aware that ALAGU CHARMS will not cover the shipping costs for refunds.
Once we receive the item and conduct an assessment, the refund value will be deposited within 14 working days. It's crucial to adhere to the 24-hour notification window and the 7-business-day return period. Failure to comply with these timelines will result in a refusal of the refund.
It's important to note that we will only refund the amount of the items; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Please note we try our best to capture the true image of product, however this may vary depending on you individual device settings and lighting.
*Refund & Exchange are not available for the following items:

-Items containing earrings (for hygiene purposes)
- hair accessories, tikka (for hygiene purposes)
- nose pins/clips (for hygiene purposes)
- Any customized items
- Voucher

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours and must be communicated to us via email, including the order number and a reason for the cancellation.
Pre-Order Policy
Please note that pre-order items are made exclusively for you upon request. Therefore, pre-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the production process has begun.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you may do so within 6 hours of placing your order by sending us an email at info@alagucharms.com. After this window, cancellation is no longer possible as the item will already be in production.
